Information on the Right of Withdrawal

1. No right of withdrawal for tours with a fixed date

For contracts for leisure services provided on a specific date or within a specific period – such as private guided tours, shore excursions, day trips and round trips – there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB (Section 312g(2) no. 9 German Civil Code).

Your booking therefore becomes binding upon our confirmation. The cancellation terms in our General Terms and Conditions (clause 6) apply to cancellations.

2. Admission tickets

Admission tickets that we purchase on your behalf are issued immediately. By placing the order, you consent to immediate issuance; there is no right of withdrawal, and refunds are excluded.

3. Cancellation

Please send cancellations in text form (e-mail is sufficient) to kontakt@almanya-rehber.de. The following flat-rate charges apply, calculated on the total price: up to 30 days before the start 30 %, 29–15 days 50 %, 14–7 days 75 %, 6–1 day(s) and in the event of no-show 100 %. Rebookings are always subject to a charge.
