2. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur. When the website is accessed, the server stores technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type) for a maximum of 7 days to ensure secure operation (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interests).

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use any analytics or advertising services and does not load fonts or scripts from third-party servers.

4. Booking and contact forms

When you submit a form, we process your details (name, e-mail, telephone, date, number of persons, meeting point, requests) in order to carry out the booking or respond to your enquiry (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of a contract). The details are transmitted to us by e-mail and stored on our server. We delete them as soon as they are no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. up to 10 years under tax law).

To carry out the service, we pass on only the necessary data to the tour guides or drivers involved.

5. Payment via PayPal

If you choose PayPal or credit card, you will be redirected to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. PayPal's privacy notices apply there.

6. WhatsApp and e-mail

If you contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail, we process your message in order to respond. For WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. applies.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Saxony-Anhalt (Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Sachsen-Anhalt).
